How can I pay?
You can pay by card or by invoice.
We offer the payment method “Payson Invoice” in cooperation with Payson AB. Payment terms are 14 days and no invoice fee will be added to invoice purchases. To be able to order against an invoice, you must have turned 18 and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check carried out at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify at the time of purchase. In case of delayed payment, we send a payment reminder whereby a statutory remuneration fee of currently SEK 60 is added. We also charge interest on late payments at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection whereby the statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 180 is added. Payson reserves the right to refuse delivery and re-evaluate the customer’s creditworthiness in individual cases.
We accept most normal credit cards. We work with Payson to offer you the highest security possible with the card payment. Card numbers and your information are protected by Payson and are not disclosed to third parties. Pickwick does not store this information. Payson is one of the Nordic region’s leading card payment managers.
Information about pledging
When paying with Payson Invoice, the invoice will be pledged to Payson and then to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
We use Swedish payson as payment method. All of our payment options meet the latest security requirements. We do not of course save any information you provide.
In case of late payment, a delay fee of SEK 50 and statutory penalty interest will be added. This fee is only charged when selecting Payon’s invoice and is handled by Payson. All questions regarding the invoice are handled by Payson.
Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have an account with Payson before in order to pay. Complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard and the Swedish banks Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Skandiabanken and Sparbanken Syd. You can also choose to pay afterwards on invoice or to pay part over 3-24 months. Payson maintains high security requirements and 3D-secure technology is used for all card payments. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you specified in your customer details. It may be good to save it in case of contacts with customer service.
We ship our goods once a week. This means that it can take up to 7 days for you to receive your delivery. We use Postnord to send our packages and unfortunately take no responsibility in case it delays with the delivery. If we are unable to fulfill our commitment regarding delivery time, you will be informed immediately where we explain what happened and give you a new delivery time. Of course, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
All our products have a shipping fee of between SEK 99 – 299 depending on the number of goods. Shipping in the rest of Europe is indicated when ordering and selecting a country.
If you are unlikely to be satisfied with the products, we will refund the full amount. Satisfied Customer The guarantee is valid for 14 days from the order date if you have fulfilled the following points:
- Follow the instructions and use the products correctly
- Use the supplied instruction manual. Before and after pictures may be required
- Notified Pickwick that you want to return the products within 14 days of the order date.
The warranty can only be used once. We require all products to be returned in original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs that will be made with REK Letter where you will be able to show the shipping ID. Attach order number in the package. Satisfied Customer Guarantee does NOT apply, invoice fees or postage. Note that Satisfied Customer Guarantee does not apply if Payson AB has sent out a reminder or if the invoice from Payson AB has expired. Pickwick must first receive the return in order to check the contents, so ALWAYS pay the invoice to avoid your return being rejected. Note that we handle returns on weekdays. When the above is fulfilled and WE HAVE RECEIVED the package we will start the return procedure. The following applies only to orders from our website.
If our products are defective or have a wrong delivery, we will replace you with a new product free of charge. We provide you with a postage return label. Please return the item together with the invoice or a copy of the invoice. Please state your cause of return on the invoice. The complaint does not apply if you do not first contact Pickwick customer service either through our contact form or email. We will refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The above does not apply to our Satisfied Customer Guarantee, see point 9.
Under the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the Swedish court.

E.g. we store your personal data on secured computer servers, which are in controlled environments. When we transmit confidential information (such as credit card numbers) via the Internet, it is protected by encryption, by the secure protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The website NEVER saves your credit card number.
Collection of Your personal data
We can keep track of how you navigate the site, the web pages you visit and other activities on this site to determine which parts of the site are most popular. This information is also used to deliver special content and offers to visitors whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular area.
We may also collect certain information about your operating system and your browser, in order to be able to increase the level of service in connection with the technical development, when you visit the website. If we collect your Social Security number, we do so to increase security and to be able to check the creditworthiness.
